i stayed for 2 nights in the queen suite and it was a fantastic experience. the ambiance was cozy and beautifully restored, exceeding my last visit in ouray. the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location made it easy to explore restaurants and shops.

Unfortunately, the air conditioner in our room was broken, making our stay uncomfortable. The linens felt cheap and the towels were worn, which was disappointing for the price we paid. It was hard to relax with such a hot room and insufficient service on the amenities front.

Bring a lightweight fan for warmer nights, as the heat can build up quickly if windows aren't opened.

The on-site tavern and cafe serve high-quality food and coffee, even if prices are a bit steep. Location's perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants, amazing mountain views everywhere.

We really enjoyed our relaxing weekend getaway with comfy room vibes and beautiful decor that made us feel like we traveled back in time. The spa treatments were a highlight, especially the amazing full-body massage and soothing body scrub. The only small issue was the slightly noisy air conditioning, but it didn’t ruin our stay at all! 👍
